We hold a database with contact details supplied by supporters to the work of The de László Catalogue Raisonné.

It is necessary for The de Laszlo Archive Trust to hold these details to enable it to email supporters with information about a de László exhibition or any other aspect relating to the Trust.

The de Laszlo Archive Trust believes thus it has a legitimate interest in holding this data. It will not be used for any other purpose and it will of course delete any data relating to a particular person on the request of that person.

This data is held securely and the Trust will not transfer the data to any other organisation or individual in any circumstance whatsoever.

All supporters have a right of access to a copy of what is comprised in their personal data and to have inaccurate data rectified, erased or destroyed.
