Philip de László: Master of Elegance

The first exhibition to focus on de László's career in Britain in the new galleries at Gainsborough's House. Various aspects of the artist's work are explored including: Royal Patronage, the Grand Manner, the Artist's War, the Creative Force, Family Portraits, Painting for Pleasure and the Artist's Method.
