Daily Chronicle. Adeline Walker, of the Hippodrome chorus, won first prize for her costume as New Zealand at 1924's Empire Ball. De László donated the prize of a blank canvas and her portrait has now been painted [13294]. Duplicate of the first press cutting in DLA096-0029.
