Letter from de László's sister Paula (known as Pauline) to the artist concerning painting boards, framing and family matters. Pauline has made arrangements with Franz Dury, a framer and art supplier in Munich, to have painting boards sent to de László. Drury has also framed de László's portrait of her [2817] and the childrens' portrait. She has contacted Konrad Barth's regarding the original frame of the Pope's portrait [4509] and, following some research, has found a similar profile. The remainder of the letter deals with her charity work, health, family gravestones and her disapproval of her sons' lifestyles. She remarks that "the Hitler Case makes people here feel rather worried" (Hitler's twenty-four day trial for high treason following the so-called "Beer Hall Putsch" was ongoing at the time)
