In response to de László's letter concerning his son Stephen and the "unfortunate matter" that is "still a great source of sorrow" (see DLA016-0043), Frederick Palmer states that Stephen should prepare for the exam. Palmer mentions having met the artist at his exhibition in Pall Mall; he extends an invitation to renew their acquaintance
