    De László's pictures at The Royal Glasgow Institute of the Fine Arts [11622][8180] were admired, though could have been better hung. Encloses a letter from the chief secretary of an insurance company in Dundee who was impressed with the artist's portrait of Anny Ahlers [2449]. Mr Macbeth has sent a letter concerning his daughter's portrait [3918].

    Siklóssy acknowledges receipt of a letter concerning de László’s book "Painting a Portrait". He promoted the publication in Pesti Hírlap with illustrations and a write-up. Regrets the cancellation of de László's planned visit to Budapest.
