Beneditte [Bénédite?] agrees that de László should not postpone his dedication for too long; he mentions "George Petit's" and "acquired by the State", but that it is ultimately de László's decision.

    Kautsch attended the first "Permanency meeting" ahead of June's grand Art Congress, "a fraternisation from all artists from all countries". The other artists were sorry de László was not there; Kautsch spoke on his behalf. The Permanency Commission was elected for five years; there were no Hungarians present; the Viennese sent many well-known people (e.g. Klimt, Hoffmann); Kautsch was elected delegate in Vienna and de László as "Secretaire"; he will receive official notice.
