Sigmund Münz writes that following the publication of an article in Vienna on de László, Doctor Pál Galambos's daughter, who happens to live in the same building as Münz, visited him. Münz mentions the death of Wilhelm 'Vilmos' Kestranek's son in Brazil. A local industrialist with an enormous collection of "first-rate masters", "Herr von Auspitz" (possibly Stefan von Auspitz) will visit de Laszlo upon Münz's recommendation

Sigmund Münz has spent the summer in Vienna, preparing a project for the League of Nations in Geneva. He will apply for the establishment of a Commission for Education, which the Austrian government will support. He asks if de László can forward a copy to the Foreign Minister, Austen Chamberlain. Count Mensdorff will hopefully support him in Geneva, and he asks for de László's support too
