Theodore Blake Wirgman writes that he has been in Warwickshire for a week in order to undertake a portrait of an 82 year old man in academic robes; a drawing in pen is included in the letter. Upon returning to London, Wirgman would like to bring a "Mr Q de Sampayo", former secretary to the Portuguese legation, to de László's studio
